Makeover Package

Before a single plant goes in the ground, we build a clear, considered plan. Our Pre-Sale Design Package gives you a strategic landscape blueprint that maximises visual impact, guides every purchasing decision, and removes the guesswork from what can feel like an overwhelming process.

The Entrance

The front door is the single most photographed element of any property listing. We transform the entry with a deliberate composition of architectural planting, premium pots, and fresh turf that frames the approach and immediately signals quality to buyers on arrival.

Our selection leans on proven performers: Dragon Trees for vertical drama, Xanthorrhoea for native character, and specimen standards that read well in both photography and in person. Nothing generic, nothing that needs time to grow into the space.

Kerb Appeal & Edging

Clean lines do more heavy lifting than most homeowners expect. We install steel or timber garden edging along all bed boundaries, creating sharp, defined transitions between lawn, garden, and hardscape that immediately read as “maintained.”

Premium charcoal or dark organic mulch at 75mm depth follows — a single step that makes existing foliage pop, suppresses weeds across the inspection period, and gives the property a freshly finished quality that photographs exceptionally well.

Concealment & Privacy

Exposed utility areas, ageing fences, and neighbours breaking into sightlines are silent deal-breakers in property presentations. We use advanced, fast-growing specimens to conceal these problems immediately — not in two seasons.

Slender Weaver Bamboo for tight boundary situations; Lilly Pilly for a softer, more Australian aesthetic. Species are selected based on your fence height, sun exposure, and how quickly the screening effect needs to read in photographs and at inspections.

Cleanup & Detail

Beautiful new planting still loses points if the driveway is stained or the lawn is compacted. High-pressure washing of all driveways, paths, and paved areas removes years of built-up grime and immediately lifts the perceived age and condition of hard surfaces.

Lawn aeration and a premium nutrient top-dressing complete the picture — restoring turf colour and density often within the inspection window itself. Every detail is finished to the standard we’d expect in our own portfolio photography.

Note that planting plan shows the specific location of all plant material, including botanical and common names, quantity and size of each plant.
